Master Wave Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our jetski rental services. By booking a rental with Master Wave, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Booking Fee: A refundable booking fee of $400 is required to secure your rental.

Payment: Full payment for the rental is due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. The booking fee is 100% refundable security deposit.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time.

3. Rental Conditions

Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Safety: Renters must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Master Wave

4. Liability

Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the jetski during the rental period.

Injury: Master Wave is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs during the rental period.

5. Use of Personal Information

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

Master Wave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
