1. Reservation and Payment
Booking: Reservations can be made online through our booking calendar or by contacting us directly.
Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due prior to the rental period.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental period will forfeit the deposit.
2. Rental Requirements
Age: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Experience: Renters must demonstrate sufficient boating experience or complete a brief orientation session provided by Master Wave.
Identification: A valid photo ID and a major credit card are required for all rentals.
